All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days except where noted. Shipping by USPS Priority Mail normally takes 2 - 3 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package.
We will ship anywhere in the world. We will contact you shortly after receiving your order via e-mail with specific shipping costs for your area of the world. Customs, duty, and taxes will be collected by your country's customs service where applicable. Please call or e-mail us if you have any questions or concerns regarding international orders.
Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Please call or email us if you have any questions or concerns regarding APO-FPO shipments. All APO-FPO shipping will be quoted via email before shipment.
Our satisfaction guaranteed policy
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 30 days. (This policy does not apply to custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Please call or email us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy.

We recommend that you send all returns back via USPS. Please send your packages with delivery confirmation and email a us the tracking number. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for shipping the item to us and we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
